It’s not about ‘that’ silicone, but a round cake mould aka loyang kue made from silicone. As a kitchen queen wannabe, I desperately want to make a perfect cake meaning its taste is as good as its appearance. And for once in a lifetime, eventually I’ve managed to make it with pandan chiffon cake. Thank to DR Oetker for making my dream comes true. Sssh, Dr Oetker is not a plastic surgery or sort of, but a brand name from Germany that produces kitchen stuff, baking powder, cake mixes, yoghurts, frozen pizza, and pudding.
With a slice of pandan chiffon cake, a cup of tea, a novel by Erica James, and music by Adithia Sofyan, it’s the nicest way to enjoy last afternoon in 2010.
